1．はじめに要約　これは大学校の総合制作実習におけるソーラーエネルギー利用住宅に関する，7 年間に及ぶ実学実習の現場からの実践報告であり，その蓄積データをもとに，基本形としてのソーラーコミュニティー論へとその可能性を展開し，更には，東日本大震災における復興計画案を，今日的な地球環境的観点から，再生エネルギーとしてのソーラーエネルギー利用を，具体的敷地条件の下で，具体的な計画設計へと志向していく実践的報告である。　これからの住宅環境ならびに生活環境を創造していく技術者にとっては，これらの視点は，必須の認識すべき項目であり，取り入れるべき設計要素の１つとなっている。この観点から，大学校における総合制作実習においても，ソーラー併用型住宅を設計施工から計画し，実践してきた内容を，ここに総括し報告する。今後の取り組みへの道しるべの１つとなれば幸いである。Summary: This Report is based on the Solar -Combined Model House for seven years, which situates in the site of Kanto Polytechnic College and has the dimension of 3.6m x 3.6m in square. It is one-storey house with loft and has the gable roof. The eight solar panels are located on the southern roof to the west and are able to produce 1kw per hour and the air-ventilated roof panels are located on the southern roof to the east and are utilized for the heating . This Model House has performed that the production of solar power generation has reached the amount of 4593kw and the reduction of CO2 has reached the amount of 826kg during 1862 days, from 26th November in 2004 to 31st December in 2009, during 5 years and 1 month. On the basis of these data for seven years, the Solar Community has been proposed with 960 families. And also, the proposal Project for the reconstruction in east area in Japan after Tsunami has been suggested here.Zusammenfassung: Der Report ist die praktische Zusammenarbeit an der Technischen Hochschule als jede Abschlußarbeit bestätigt. Das Model Haus hat die Dimension mit 3.6m im Quadrat und hat die acht Solar Photovoltaischen Paneele am südlichen Dach auf Westseite und hat das Solar Energie System mit Lüftungsanlage im südlichen Dach auf Ostseite. Die Leistung dieses Model Haus beweist daß die Produktion mit Solar Energie System 4593kw erreicht hat und die Verminderung der CO2 826kg erreicht hat, zwischen 26 Nov. in 2004 und 31 Dez. in 2009, in 1862 Tagen, in der Frist mit 5 Jahre und 1 Monate .Das Projekt hat in Zusammenhang mit Aufbau nach Tsunami in Japan gearbeitet werden.
